Each project has a Project Lead who works directly with you to solve problems quickly. For local clients, we frequently solve issues on the same day to keep things running smoothly.
Fast Turnaround, Local Expertise
Our home base is in De Pere, WI, and we provide services to clients in Green Bay, De Pere, the Fox Valley and throughout Wisconsin. We understand the need for fast turnaround, so we prioritize that your parts arrive quickly and as promised.
Food-Safe Materials and Standards
We understand the importance of hygiene in food production. That’s why we often use 316 stainless steel, a material known for its excellent resistance to corrosion and its ability to handle harsh cleaning chemicals. For parts used in food processing, we grind and polish welds to achieve a food-grade finish. This ensures critical parts are safe for use in food production.
Certifications and Expertise
MetalStorm is proud to have AWS-certified welders on our team. This certification guarantees that our work meets the highest industry standards for quality and safety. We also follow the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) 3A guidelines, specific for the food and beverage industry.

Success Stories
Our work has helped clients in the food and beverage industry improve efficiency and product quality. For instance, we developed a string cheese loader/collator for leading companies in the string cheese industry.
Our string cheese loader can take a bucket of string cheese and collate it for individual packages at a rate of 20 cycles a minute/24 sticks per cycle. It’s basically a high-tech string cheese organizer!
The string cheese machine was built using high-quality, industry-recognized components, such as Allen-Bradley electrical components with SEW euro drive gear motors and Intralox belting. We’re proud of the engineering and testing that went into this product, providing a new standard in the string cheese industry that’s low maintenance, easy to use and efficient.
